2a720c3cf3 Re-organized the OpenSSH override. At least temporarily the modification will simply overwrite the package information in buildroot with a modified set of info. This is not the buildroot way, but until the official way is figured out this will be the way to go

fad5c90dc1 Updated openSSH patch construction. The way of overriding the existing package with an override did not seem to work well, so now OpenSSH as a package is disabled and OpenSSH8.4p1 is added as external package to the build configuration. The patch remains in place.
